Draft: Ci build

Adam requested to merge ci-build into bullseye

The CI system should just build a .deb package for us automatically.

Status: I'm holding this one back until I get a response from the maintainer of the upstream repo. I want to establish that I am not just doing weird stuff that he's not going to care about, but I'm also willing to do the boring maintenance work too.
