Fixed automatic updates and added them to Debian

These changes were done by lepetitedejeuner. Added automatic updates to Debian and fixed a bug where updates would sometimes hang because they were being interactive

The changes should be generic enough so anyone can use them, and they should not include any network-specific code when possible (and when not possible, it should be using common networks such as 192.168.1.0/24).
