Can't add new entries

Clicking the add account button results in a blank window showing up instead of the UI to add an account.

Introduced in 0.9.20. In 0.9.19, it works fine.

Able to reproduce on Windows and Linux (macOS not tested, assumed to be affected).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
