Installation test cases

The CI system automatically builds the .deb packages, but it never attempts to install them.

This ticket is to add additional jobs that build off of the .deb creation jobs that attempt to in install the package on various platforms.

At a minimum, this should be done for all supported versions of Debian (32- and 64-bit).

Ideally, it would also be tested on all supported Ubuntu platforms.
