Fix instructions to package the firmware

The correct way to package the firmware is this:

./signet-firmware-encoder ./signet-fw signet-fw-`cat firmware-version`.sfw

Update the README accordingly.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
